The Travel Technology Association (Travel Tech) released the following statement from Steve Shur, president, on the DOT’s approval of NAI’s application:
“We are pleased that NAI’s Foreign Carrier Permit application has been approved and finalized by DOT. Consumers are desperate for more flight options for both international and domestic itineraries. Any air carrier offering new and expanded service between the U.S. and Europe is a win for consumers and the air travel marketplace overall.”
